Stacy Priehs is a dedicated real estate professional with
over 20 years of experience and a reputation for integrity, strategic vision,
and energetic leadership. A native of Michigan’s Blue Water Area, Stacy has
been licensed since 1996 and joined Coldwell Banker Professionals in 2017,
progressing quickly to her current role as District Manager, where she now
oversees operations across our East District. Known for her collaborative
leadership style, Stacy is passionate about helping agents thrive by fostering
a supportive, growth-oriented environment and empowering her team to excel in
competitive markets.

Stacy Priehs brings integrity, energy, and creative
service to every transaction and specializes in working with sellers and buyers
in the Blue Water Area. She has a background in Interior Design from Brooks
College and a degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
Her commitment to professional excellence is matched by her deep involvement in
the Eastern Thumb Association of Realtors (ETAR), where she’s served as
President twice and received the Realtor of the Year award on two occasions.

Beyond real estate, Stacy values time with her family—her
husband of 35 years, Brad, her grown children, Nicholas and Madison, and her
grandchildren, Macie & Walker . She enjoys travel, sports, and community
service, bringing the same energy and integrity to her personal life as she
does to her professional role.
